I have not received my order and there has been no tracking info provided since I was charged for the purchase on 11/23.
I want a refund. There is no contact number for customer service and no way for me to file a missing package claim with usps without tracking information.
The only means of contacting Etnies is by email.
Very disappointed and will not
order from their website again.
