When you have finalized your cart for checkout, you will be prompted to enter the shipping information for your order. On the upper right hand corner you can enter your gift card code you have received. Hit apply and the total amount of your gift card should be applied. Should your gift card not cover the total of your order you will be prompted for payment information before completing checkout.
The most common reason is an incorrect e-mail address has been entered or the confirmation e-mail has been caught in a junk mail filter. Please make sure that you have correctly entered your e-mail address in your account information and check that the e-mail hasn't been caught in your junk mail filter. Please contact Customer Service if you need a confirmation e-mail to be re-sent.
It is possible that the color on the photo is slightly different than the original color of the product. This is possible because not everybody has the same color settings on their computer. Please take into consideration your screen resolution settings on your computer.
We release new offering of product about 4 times a year. Not all product will carry over into the next season. We do special releases throughout the year as well. You can sign up for our newsletter to keep up with what is going on with etnies. Unfortunately we are unable to supply you with product that is several years old. Product you see on the website is everything we have in inventory.
Your shoes are made up of many different materials and bonding agents. These materials and bonding agents are not intended to be submerged in water, which may compromise their integrity. We do not recommend that you wash your shoes in the washing machine, which may cause your shoes to lose their original shape. Drying your shoes in the dryer is also not recommended, as it will lessen the effect of the bonding agents that hold your shoes together, causing components to separate from each other (upper separation from outsole). Please use a soft bristle to gently brush suede or nubuck. A soft soap product on a clean cloth can remove spots. Dry away from direct heat. Do not soak in immerse in water. Suede looks best when brushed. Although special suede brushes are available, a clean toothbrush will work just as well. Shoes damaged while cleaning are not covered under warranty.
