I usually don't get the vulcanized shoe but these were on sale so I figured I'd give them a try. There is more material by the toe so they don't wear out as fast but they are more stiff and have a harder feel than the cup sole. Still a decent shoe but for skating I'll stick with the cup sole.

Nice contrast between the whites, snug fit not too tight, round laces, tongue is tethered to the sole which is perfect for skating, especially with torn laces, and of course the Michelin sole is always a league above the rest. Love a good Etnies sale
