I have been buying this shoe for almost 10 years now. They are perfect for me. I love how they can look professional enough to wear with work clothes, but still a great shoe for actual skating. I will continue to buy this shoe each year. The price is great, the fit is great, the color options are great. If you're looking for an accessible skate shoe to start with, go with this one. You won't regret it.

Wrong size twice, terrible customer service.

I ordered a pair of UK size shoes and received EU size, which of course do not fit. This happened twice over the course of a few months. Ridiculous. Made a lot worse by a frankly byzantine returns process. Very unhappy!
