What is VerifyPass?
VerifyPass is our verification partner. It confirms eligibility for the Community Discount and issues a unique discount code to use on etnies.com.
How do I get my discount code?
1. Click Verify Student Status or Verify Hero Status
2. Complete verification in the VerifyPass window
3. Your unique code will be provided immediately after verification (or after review if a document is required)
Will I need to upload documents?
Sometimes. Depending on your group and the information you provide, VerifyPass may ask for proof (for example: an ID/badge, pay stub, license/certification, or other official documentation). If a document is requested, make sure the name you enter matches the name on your document.
I didn’t receive the verification email. What should I do?
If you’re verifying via email and don’t receive a message:
• Double-check for typos (common issue) and confirm the exact domain (for example, .org vs .com)
• Check spam/junk folders
• If available, use an alternate verification method (such as document upload)
• If none of the above works, use the support option in the VerifyPass flow
My discount code isn’t working. What should I do?
Most issues fall into one of these:
• Your cart contains ineligible items (some products or promotions may be excluded)
• The code wasn’t copied correctly (include the full code exactly as shown)
• The code was already used (most codes are single-use)
If it still doesn’t work, contact our Customer Service and include:
• The code you received
• The items in your cart
Can I use my code more than once?
No. Each verified code is one-time use. For a future order, return to this page and verify again to request a new code. A waiting period may apply before a new code can be issued.
Can I combine this discount with other offers?
No. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
I’m a student but my email isn’t accepted. What can I do?
Student verification requires an eligible student email and is limited by VerifyPass eligibility rules. If your school’s email domain isn’t recognized, you may not be able to verify as a student. If you qualify under another group listed above, use the Hero verification option instead.
