Holiday shipping deadlines

The holidays are almost here! To get your gear delivered in time for gift-giving or your upcoming shred trip, all web orders must be placed by the following dates for delivery ahead of the holidays:

USA and CAN Deadlines

• Ground:  December 12 before 11:00 am

Extended Returns

Orders placed between November 26 and December 24 are eligible for returns for 60 days from the date of purchase. Please read our full Return Policy for more information.You can return an item if:

• It was purchased directly from  our official website
• The product is unused, unworn,  unwashed, and undamaged
• It’s in the original packaging  with all tags still attached

Customer Service and Warehouse Closures

We value the importance of time spent with family and friends over the holidays. Our staff will be off on the following holidays:

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
