They are still in the box unopened. I’m positive they can do what shoes do. I’ll post or more practical review when my current shoes fall apart. These where the last available and in my size so I had to buy them.

I rode in Vans Pro BMX models for years before switching to Etnies. This shoe right here is the most durable bike shoe I’ve ever owned. Usually shoes are dying on me within 3-4 months, but these would not give up. Add in that they have a bit more ankle support/protection, increased sole stiffness, but still have good pedal feel — my favorite bike shoe of all time.

- nice shoe to wear daily
- good quality outside materials
- the sole is too thin to bmx, it bends my foot too much, so its the same as a skate shoe
- bad stitching on the inside of 1 shoe
- anyway, just keep making this cool gear, Etnies is the only brand i choose

I’ve been riding for almost 20 years and spent the majority of that wearing vans. It wasn’t until I began to realize the lack of arch support. What is destroying the shape of my feet, and after almost 2 decades, and now has completely flat feet. Due to this, I am extremely selective when it comes to the shoes I ride in. Up until now, I was always a big fan of the Maranas that was until I finally got my hands on, or should say my feet in a pair of these! I can say with confidence, that these are some of the best shoes on the market. Rather you’re riding a little kids bike or on a big wheel bike, skip that Starbucks line a couple times n’ save that lunch money. And swoop yourself a pair of these bad boys!

I haven't ridden the shoes for that long but what I can say now is that they have a good grip but you can still get off easily. the should is relatively hard but you get used to it, the price is unfortunately high but it is a good shoe so far

These have a great feel and have good protection against tailwhips, the bottoms do get chewed up from metal pedals quicker than I'd like and the price is a little too steep for how long they last (should be around 110-120$) or ya know you could put me on flow ;-)
