Unfortunately these hurt my feet, can’t wear them

I bought these and have tried wearing them for over a month. After a few mins of wearing them, they really make the top of my feet hurt. The shoes aren’t too small - I own other pairs of etnies in the same size. The shoes fit my feet but are just super uncomfortable unfortunately. I tried wearing them loose, using different insoles, and even cut the elastic straps to take some pressure off the top of my feet. They still make my feet hurt. It’s a bummer because they look great! Not sure if I got a bad pair or if this model just isn’t good for my feet.

Beautiful shoe

Beautiful shoe. TTS. Quality materials. A bit stiff but will prob easily break in. Love the light blue color, dope graphics on insole and the fat tongue. Overall, super happy!
