I like the Marana’s a bunch too, but for some reason the Joslin’s outlast those even though they have an “Olie” patch.

That said I’m super bummed you guys dropped him and his shoe, I’m glad I bought another pair before the split happened.

The shoe is super comfortable, the Michelin sole outlasts any other shoe I have ever skated, and my dominant Olie/pop shoes side wall hasn’t ripped or worn out in over 6 months of daily skating. Only complaint, your laces kind of suck, I break them pretty quickly, for a shoe that runs 110, I would hope for some better laces.

I was just wanna say that this is the best damn shoe ever made to skate in every aspect, board feel, flick, sole durability, comfort, and above all, feet protection. I've landed primo many times without even hurting my feet or rolling my ankles, my heels always used to kill me, even with footprint insoles, since i've been using joslins my heels healed and never hurt anymore, and i dont even need to replace the original insoles for the footprint ones. I'm really sad that you took this route, letting go of such great skaters as Aurelien Giraud, Chris Joslin, and so many more in other brands, and with that move, killing all their pro models, shoes that feel so good to skate and really protect your feet. Fuck you Nidecker, hope your company gets fuked and etnies survive to outlive you. Joslins 4 ever man!

Shoes sent in US sIze when purchased from their website in the UK. When viewing their website from the UK the location is in the UK, the price is in Euros and the sizes in US size....nothing confusing going on here. There is also nothing on the website stipulating that the sizes shown and from which one needs to choose are US sizes and NOT the size of the country from where you are ordering. Highly disappointed as I required these for my vacation and with their 4 - 7 working day response time and having sent me the wrong sizes I will already have left the UK by the time they even respond to me let alone send me the correct sizes. I will then be abroad for a months and will have to deal with this from another country. Thereafter for the next month I won't be able to send them back or receive any new deliveries as I will be abroad. By the time I get back the return period will be over and I will be stuck with 2 pairs of shoes I cannot use. Thanks Etnies!

I don’t skate them, but they look rad. Tongue centering straps make these more wearable than other Joslin models.

I really like them. Wide enough to be comfortable. Very grippy.
