Loving these!

These are my 2nd pair and by far one of my favorite MTB shoes. I've rode on Five 10 freerider pros and Afton Cooper, both are good but these just feel a little bit more like regular shoes. The sole is grippy enough.

Great shoe

Greatly comfort shoe, takes a little to break them in.

Mostly good but not quite perfect for me

OK, let's start with the good because the bad may just be for me, you might be fine. The main thing is the sole which grips flat pedals really well. If put it up there with the very best. The uppers do a really good job of shredding mud and water without soaking to much up. I haven't had nearly as much debris collecting around the ankle either which i was surprised at seeing as they are so low profile. Now the boot do good... They are narrow around the toe box and are low profile across the top of the foot. I usually have foot beds in my riding shoes but there isn't enough room in these ones. This is just a fit issue and you might be totally fine with it. The one thing that annoyed slightly is that they're is a 'pocket' on the tongue for fucking the leaves into but it cannot be accessed once the shoes are laced up. Overall though, happy with the performance, just a little narrow and low volume for me to be perfect.

I was unsure at first

When I find a pair of shoes I usually stick with them I had my last pair of mountain biking shoes for 2 years they were five 10 Free riders when I first got these shoes I thought the soles were pretty hard but within 2 hours of writing I could not slide my feet off the pedals anymore and they look pretty slick I will definitely be buying these from now on they feel very sturdy
