I've been a big fan of the Scout models ever since they launched. This latest iteration is very comfy and stylish as well.
What puzzles me though, is that like previous scout (xt) version, this one also lacks a proper rubber sole. This is one of what makes the original Scout so great, yet Etnies again fails to offer proper sole support and grip by adding rubber patches to its Scout designs. Besides this obvious fail and the slippery laces, I can still recommend this shoe.
great shoe but not as good as the scout xt. PLEASE BRING SCOUT XT BACK!
They are tight, no support on the sole or heel. Flat footed shoes. I think I will just keep them in the box and never wear them
Shipping was a little slow but shoes are good and comfortable.
I have been wearing these shoes daily for my recent out of state trip. They have held up great and have just gotten even comfier the more I use them. The shoe offers a fair amount of grip and support. Great for walking around on pavement and concrete for extended amounts of time.
For kicks I attempted to run in these shoes … which I would advise against but work as a short distance treadmill running shoe in a pinch. I understand this is not the intention for these shoes but good to know they will hold up for a short indoor work out.
