Julian is relatively shy and mostly quiet when you first meet him, but can be really funny in a subtle way. He looks at life from a different perspective and his skating can also be described as outside of the box.
Born in Leon, in the somewhat isolated northwest of Spain, young Julian got his first skateboard from his parents for Christmas. He used it to cruise down the hills in his neighborhood, but got interested in a new toy after a while. It was a few years later that he got the drive to start skating again. This time he gor hooked for good.
When he was 17 years old, Julian decided that he wanted to live on his own and followed the call of skateboarding to the definite epicenter of skating at the time, Barcelona. He didn't have any sponsors yet, so he worked in a pizzeria to make ends meet. Getting on Antiz was a major step for Julian and he got a chance to film a part for their debut video "Antizipated"
and has since followed up with a solid part in "Z-Movie", the second full length Antiz video. Both parts are filled with diverse skating, smooth style and are proof that Julian has put in the hours and miles to deserve his spots on some of Europe’s elite teams.
