Autism prevalence has risen 600 percent in the last two decades. Today, one in every 110 children is diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. Autism Speaks is leading the way in finding the causes, treatments and possible prevention of autism spectrum disorders.

Since 2010, etnies has been partnering with Autism Speaks to raise money and awareness by creating a co-branded collection for each season. Five percent of the proceeds of each item sold, with a minimum of $10,000 per year, will be donated to Autism Speaks. For spring 2012, the etnies x Autism Speaks collection has expanded from the kid’s collection to now also include adult size Fader shoes, Todos sandals and Signs tee, in addition to the Kids RVM Vulc, Kids Fader Vulc and Kids Ronin shoes.
