  • What are the shipping options?

    We have three shipping options available for the US: Ground, 2-3 Day Select and 1-2 Day Air. The shipping costs for your order depend on the total amount in your cart before any taxes or discounts. Some sample shipping costs are shown below:

  • How does the Free Shipping Promotion work?

    We are happy to offer FREE GROUND Shipping on ALL US etnies orders. No minimum purchase required. Not valid on previous purchases.

    PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PICK THE OPTION "GROUND" DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING! etnies will not be responsible if you pick the wrong shipping option.

    Offer based on merchandise total and does not include Online Gift Cards, taxes or any additional charges.

    No coupon code is necessary. If the order meets all requirements, FREE GROUND SHIPPING is automatic as long as you choose the correct shipping method.

  • Can I ship to military addresses or PO Boxes?

    Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

    We deliver all of our orders via Federal Express, which at this time does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Can I ship internationally?

    We currently ship to the US, EU and UK. To have an order shipped to a non-US region, please change your region accordingly.

    We do not ship to any countries outside the available site regions, though we hope to offer this in the future.

  • How long does it take to ship my order?

    If you order before 7am PDT, and provided that we have no issues with processing your order and we have the merchandise in stock, your order will go out within 48 business hours.

    We do not ship out on national holidays or weekends.

  • Why is my order on hold?

    Upon placement, all our orders are automatically checked for address inconsistencies and possible credit card fraud. If your order has been flagged, it will be placed on hold until one of our customer service representatives is able to review and approve your order.

    Possible reasons include:
    - Typos in street or city names
    - Incorrect state/locality selection
    - Credit card fraud suspicion

    To prevent any further delays in processing and shipping your order, be sure to double-check your order details. If you notice anything wrong, get in touch with us as soon as possible!
