What are the shipping options?
We have three shipping options available: Ground, 2-3 Day Select and 1-2 Day Air. The shipping costs for your order depend on the total amount in your cart before any taxes or discounts. Some sample shipping costs are shown below:

How does the Free Shipping Promotion work?
Free Standard Shipping applies to all regular etnies orders over $25.
Free Shipping offer DOES NOT APPLY to any etnies Custom Shoe Orders.
Offer based on merchandise total and does not include Online Gift Cards, taxes or any additional charges. Standard shipping orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground.
If it's under $25, GROUND SHIPPING is only $4.95 for the Continental United States.
No coupon code is necessary. If the order meets all requirements, free shipping is automatic!

Can I ship to military addresses or PO Boxes?
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
We deliver all of our orders via Federal Express, which at this time does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Can I ship internationally?
No, not yet. We apologize. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

How long does it take to ship my order?
We will try to ship your order as soon as possible!
Orders placed after 10am PST will be shipped out on the following business day.
We do not ship out on national holidays and weekends.
