What is your exchange/return policy?
Our exchange/return policy is simple.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply fill out this form, and ship it together with the item back to us within 30 days of the purchase date in its original, unused, unworn and unwashed condition for a credit back to your card or store credit.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned item?
Please allow 10-14 business days to process your return upon receipt of returned product. Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order.
* Credit Card: We'll credit your account (credit shown on following statement).
* Online Gift Card: Funds will be added to the customer's Account Balance.

Unfortunately, all custom orders are final. No modifications, cancellations or returns are possible!
Please make sure that you CAREFULLY review all of your options before submitting the order. We start to customize your etnies shoes as soon as we get the order, so no changes are possible.
