When will I get my etnies Custom Shoes?
Once the order is placed, our factories start to work on your shoes. Since each pair is specially made for you, it takes about six to eight weeks to complete them and get them delivered to you!

Why is there a separate charge for Custom Shoes?
Our custom shoes are made to order, just for you! Our overseas facility makes your order by hand and takes the time needed to ensure your shoes are made to our quality standards. Thus, an additional $10.95 shipping and handling fee applies for each custom shoe order you purchase.

All custom orders are final. No modifications, cancellations or returns are possible!
