Alright, here are the photos from La Reserva. We got to meet Roberta this day and it was so unbelievable to meet the people behind this amazing place. Roberta, her husband Dan and their good friend Mary took us on a long walk through the primary forest. They used to have a bunch of cattle roaming through the area and got rid of them all in hopes of more growth, and it's happening! The image of Papa Loco is the reason behind all of this.
Papa Loco
Before Roberta even new what she would be doing here, she would go to Papa Loco and meditate. The energy you feel coming from this over 300-year-old tree is incredible. One day while meditating at Papa Loco's incredible base it hit Roberta that she would work to rebuild all of the deforestation happening in the area. Truly inspiring stuff hearing it come from Roberta herself and not some PR guy ;) Also attached are a couple images of the boys taking it all in.
Damn, I sound like a hippie!
