Sally won today's Round of 12 with the top scoring heat AND top scoring wave! Friday Quarterfinals, here we come!
HUNTINGTON BEACH, California/USA (Tuesday, August 3, 2010) – The Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) Women’s 6-Star US Open of Surfing saw decreasing swell this morning, and a rising tide not helping matters, as sets are in the two-to-three foot range and soft.
Sally Fitzgibbons (Current World #2) had little trouble though, holding the top scoring wave and top scoring heat total for the second day in succession of the morning Round of 12 heats.
Equalling her 9 point ride from the day before Sally continued her back side attack of the South Huntington Beach Pier, combined with a 6.17 for a progressive forehand reverse manoeuvre for a total of 15.17, saw her easily account for Justine Dupont (FRA) 8.67 and Nicola Atherton (AUS) 8.06.
Sally now moves into the quarter finals which will be surfed on Friday as the one to beat for the $50,000 first place prize (the richest purse in women's surfing).

It was very interesting for me to read that article. Thanks for it. I like such themes and everything that is connected to them. I would like to read more soon. BTW, rather nice design you have at that blog, but don’t you think design should be changed once in a few months?
