Competitive surfer and local SoCal etnies Girl Lauren Ngan just got back from an awesome trip to Bali. Here's her trip in a balinese candle nutshell:

Bali is one of the most well known surf spots in the world. The perfect barrels, the hot sun and the cheap vacation is what attracts most tourists. However, little do people know that there is such poverty in Bali. This past month I went to Bali to serve the community and help out with the children's home, and you know catch a wave here and there... etnies has been a huge support in the trip! etnies sent out a box of clothes for the children's home in Kuta, Bali. I was totally stoked all the stuff came in time before I left because in Indonesia everything gets lost! The last week I was there, a group of us took the kids surfing. The waves were perfect for the kids, they were killing it! We went back to the children's home and that is when we passed out the clothes to them that etnies sent out! The kids were so grateful for all the clothes. It was a perfect way to end a perfect SUNDAY FUNDAY!
