Aaron Ross has brought etnies and Sunday together to create a one-of-a-kind BMX shoe and bike collaboration

Designed and tested by Aaron Ross, the etnies/Sunday Number Mid is
exactly what Aaron wanted in a BMX shoe – a cupsole with a grippy
outsole featuring System G2™ and a STI Foam™ Level 2 cushioning
footbed for support. This etnies-exclusive BMX-specific outsole
features a herringbone step pattern designed to grip pedals better,
but also release when needed—without tearing. The Number
Mid also features a dense EVA shank in the arch of the shoe
that provides extra protection from pedals without sacrificing
pedal feel.

Softer EVA on the toe and heel provide extra
flexibility and comfort, while the Velcro strap and
mid-top design provide further ankle support
and stability.

Inspired by Aaron’s propensity for bright colors on his Sunday and Odyssey bike and parts,
the Number Mid features mirror-image logos and mint green detailing inside the collar and
an orange embroidered etnies and Sunday logos on the tongue and the heel.
