Win a pair of etnies for every day this month

Hey! How about some new kicks to kick off the summer? Starting today, June 1st, and all month long, we're giving away ONE PAIR OF ETNIES EVERY SINGLE DAY! At the end of each day in June, we'll randomly select one etnies Facebook fan to receive a pair of etnies. If you're not already a fan, get there and you'll automatically be entered to win! And if you're on your game and already a fan, just sit tight and hope you're one of our 30 lucky winners.

etnies Pair-A-Day Giveaway: This contest is subject to these Official Rules and any other rules at any time promulgated by Sole Technology, Inc. Sole Technology, Inc. reserves the right to amend these rules at any time in its sole discretion. In the event that any provision or rule is found unenforceable by any court of appropriate jurisdiction, such provision or rule shall be severed herefrom and the remainder of the Official Rules shall remain valid and enforceable. The contest rules shall be interpreted according to the substantive laws of the State of California, without regard to choice of law principles. In the event of any question or ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules, Sole Technology, Inc.'s interpretation of such question or ambiguity shall be final and binding upon all participants. To be eligible to win, enter via facebook.com/etnies OR mail your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to: “etnies Pair-A-Day Giveaway” 25422 Trabuco Rd Ste.105, #235 Lake Forest, CA 92630-1090. Thirty (30) winners - one per day of contest - will be chosen at random by Sole Technology, Inc. to each receive a pair of etnies. This contest will begin on June 1, 2010, and run until 12:00:00 a.m. PST July 1, 2010. Winners will each be notified daily, as they are picked, for the entire contest period. If a potential winner does not reply to the winner notification within 48 hours of its issuance, he/she will be deemed ineligible. If he or she cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected, at Sole Technology's discretion, in a second chance drawing of all eligible entries received during the contest period. Any attempt at entry other than stated is void. All entries become the property of Sole Technology. The total value of all prizes awarded hereunder is dependent upon the winner's design and the actualization thereof. Prizes shall not be redeemable for cash. Odds of winning are subject to number of entries. Sole Technology, Inc. reserves the right to substitute like prizes of equal or similar value. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR WHERE PRIOR REGISTRATION OR OTHER FILINGS OR NOTICES ARE REQUIRED UNDER LAW. This promotion is not open to employees of Sole Technology, Inc. and their families. Sole Technology, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or illegible entries or submissions. Winners (and their parents, if a minor) shall be required to verify certain entry information and to execute a release and consent document in favor of Sole Technology, Inc. as a prerequisite to claiming any prizes. Winners' Affidavits shall clearly state the age of the entrant and shall include a parental consent (where indicated and includes the signature of parent in the winning affidavit) if the entrant is under 18. Sole Technology, Inc. requires all minors to obtain the written permission of their parent or guardian as a condition to winning any prizes. All parental consents shall be verified at the time prizes are awarded. Winners agree that their name, certain biographical information, and/or a photograph of them may be used by Sole Technology, Inc. without further compensation, in any publicity.
