Today's secret ingredient is... ETNIES! Iron Chef Akira Back is a former ThirtyTwo pro and long-time friend of etnies. He recently won Las Vegas Weekly's Reader's Choice award for Best Chef. These days he spends more time in the kitchen of the Bellagio than on the slopes... but he's still representing. Mmmm... etnies.
