Just heard from Lorena and we're sending some get well vibes her way:

So apparently I CANNOT catch a break EVER. Went snowboarding Sunday after getting all new gear and I wasn't used to the sharp edges on my new board and caught an edge and flipped and fell on my bad arm. Ski patrol rode down and, 8 hours in the ER later, I dislocated and fractured two parts of my elbow. Not sure if you know the history with my elbow but almost 3 years ago, when I was shooting for a mag, it was the first time I fell on it. Since then I have had 2 dislocations, 3 fractures, 1 broken elbow and scattered cartilage. So now I'm in a cast for a few weeks and should be skating in two months - hopefully without getting hurt - if I don't really need surgery. I'm going to try to find a brace or something that will help. -Lorena
