career An early sporting memory of mine was learning to surf at our local beach. Being pushed into the waves by my dad on a long board, I fell in love with it right there and then. Training-wise, I do two to three sessions a day. Having to travel so much, no two days are ever the same. I love to make do with what i have around me - I train in parks, on beaches and ovals, whatever is handy. My career highlight is winning three world titles.
health and fitness Body image is a major issue that affects everyone to some degree. I go by the saying, "If you feel good, you are good, and if you feel bad, change it". What you put in your body is what you're going to get out of it. I normally eat raw and unprocessed foods. You can't go wrong with fruits, vegetables and protein.
