I went to an event put on by the Chicago Parks District. This event was to cap off a great year full of events that the park district and the kids of Chicago have been involved in. I was there to give insight into our world of BMX and bicycles in general. It was fun. The kids were all super cool, asked great questions and I even got to hang with Jamie Bestwick. All the kids involved won some sweet prizes including one lucky guy who won a brand new DK complete! The winner was so stoked when his name was announced that my camera battery couldn't keep up to take a photo of his face. It was awesome. He's going to have a fun summer on that thing for sure.
