Silver For Spencer!

Spencer O'Brien brought home an X Games Silver Medal from the weekend's Slopestyle Finals! She was closing in on 1st, but Jenny Jones was ready to got toe to toe.
"Jenny rode super well," O'Brien said of the gold medalist. "I think we had a really good back and forth there with our final runs. She totally deserved it."
Despite new snow, the course produced high speeds as the competitors flew around Buttermilk Mountain.
"The weather was tough at the start," O'Brien said. "But when the snow turned to rain the course got faster and faster with every run and we were able to pull better jumps."
Our little Bev also had a great showing and placed 8th! Nice job, girls!
