Reppin is not in the google dictionary either, so I am going to think it is a word exclusive to Etnies culture.

By the way, how much did they pay him to do this? You think he is supporting Etnies, but he may just be a Sign Holder. That is a position recognized by the federal government, and I want to know if he really supports Etnies deep down in his heart or if he was just paid to stand there and hold a sign for over 10 hours and his "support" is fake because he was bribed into accepting a paycheck...
