etnies Girl X GAMES - PRE-GAME HYPE!

It is that time of the year again, folks. Where we all come together for another summer X Games in Los Angeles. Elissa Steamer, Evelien Bouilliart, Lauren Perkins and flow rider Holly Lyons will all be returning for another year of summer X madness. A new addition the crew is flow team rider and Dirty NJ representative, Lorena Lima, who was picked as the first alternate in the contest.
In addition to the skate gals, BMX rider Nina Buitrago will be in town to help out with some Girls Get On Board clinics on site. Rumors were also spreading about Mary Osborne and Leanne Pelosi coming down to support their teammates too! Nice one!
The first to arrive was Evelien Bouilliart, who always flies in a few days early before the first practice to adjust from Belgium time. Also learning from last year when the airline lost her bags, it gives her a few extra days just in case history repeats itself.
Ironically it did and poor Evie was bagless for the first two days of her stay. A $75 gift card from British Airways and a trip to the company store at Sole Technology headquarters quickly resolved the issue temporarily. During her etnies visit, Evelien also happened to snap a few quick Polaroids of office heads, borrow a board to tear up the rails in the STI lab, and convince a variety of people to buy her lunch and coffee. Free=good.
X GAMES STREET PRACTICE – DAY 1
As Evelien’s bags finally arrived, so did some of her fellow teammates. Everyone finally reunited at the first street course practice on Wednesday. Elissa Steamer rolled into town celebrating her birthday the day before from SF, Lorena Lima made her first trek to X Games from New Jersey with her brother (it was her birthday today, BIG 1-7), and Lauren Perkins rolled in from Huntington Beach fashionably late rockin’ a pair of sweet vintage Oakley’s. Yeah, don't mess with The Jerz. Oh, and Happy Birthday Lorena!

It is always an exciting day for the girls to see a new course, see good friends, and warm up their legs for the upcoming excitement. The girls were skating well and thankfully no injuries occurred today. Hopefully the same goes for tomorrow (knock on wood). Considering Evie's she's already skating with a broken wrist, it'll probably take a lot to bang her up. Stay tuned for more from the Games and good luck ladies!

The lady in the red shirt is making a funny face. I approve. Well, believe it or not my TV Provider Comcast does not get ESPN for my area (it said so when I tried to get it). So I will have to make due with only ABC and NBC. I know that is baffling. Comcast is very popular, I am sure it gets ESPN for people in other parts of the United States, but I live in WA, above Oregon. That would explain it then.

No hay nada mas lindo que ver una mujer andando en skate. Eso me hace recordar cuando alguna chica me decia que si le podia enseñar y tarde o temprano me la terminaba comiendo, o follando.
Bueno gente, no paren de andar nunca en skate, y no olvides esto: todo esta en tu cabeza,nada raro en tu organismo te hara mas valiente. Es todo mental amigos. Se los dice una persona que patina hace ya 14 años. Suerte a todos.
