Making Moto History - Tarah Gieger in the MXoN

Dec 20 2007 / Thursday

etnies blog image

In the summer of 2007, Tarah Gieger secured her place in MX history as the very first female ever to race the Motocross of Nations. Though the honor was hers as part of the Puerto Rico team racing for the US, she knew quite well that she was representing all female riders, in every male-dominated sport. You'll find Tarah's story, in her own words, in the January '08 issue of Transworld Motocross. Until then, enjoy the photo gallery here.
