  73. Macy -- I'm not a skateboarder but if my foot hurt like that I would probably get some rest until it felt better. As people at my WAREHOUSE work say, "If you feel sick, go home. Going home when feeling sick does not mean you are a quitter."

    That in order to be of service to others you first have to look after yourself because when you are hurt you can't perform your best. I felt upset when Ryan chose to still walk on it because I would have definitely taken a rest if I was like that. Maybe he's braver than I am but I could not stomach that. Today was my first day at my new job working as a Packager in a warehouse and I was standing for hours and my feet hurt really bad, I was sleepy, and I was working Graveyard, which means all night. The pain effected my spine and my legs and they almost sent me home early because it made me sick -- almost passed out on the floor and threw up.

    Maybe Ryan has a high toleration to pain but my body is more sensitive than that so I have a low toleration to pain.

    So no, I would not say that one is a wimp for taking time out when they are injured. It's like saying everyone in the hospital is a wimp. I'm just offened at how you said it.
