After Trigger's jump in Oklahoma over the weekend I flew straight into Vegas to see Slayer at the Orleans on Monday night. Slayer kicks ass!!! A huge thanks goes out to Lindsay from Amp'd Mobile for the tequila shots and hooking up the all-access best pass everrrr!!! Thanks! (Amp'd has every stop of the Unholy Alliance Tour LIVE on all Amp'd phones...)
I got a ton of sick photos and after getting them on the computer I noticed a Metal Mulisha sticker on Slayer guitarist Jeff Hanneman's guitar... how sick is that!

Yeha slayer and mulisha i can see how that works.
One is in massive opposition to mainstream religion, chrsitianity and in particular, fundamentalist christianty.
The other is the metal mulisha, a fundamentalist christian group parading as the "opposition". Of course, atheism is the only true opposition to religion so even though Slayer has satanic refferences, they still buy into the whole christian dichotomy.
Hooray for selling out and cashing in no matter what the cost or the actual conatative and denotative value of an artistic movement. I mean, despite the fact that deegan, twitch and faisst are fundamentalist, you guys will still try and claim some level of "hardcore" respectability from slayer inspite of the upside down crosses et al.
Cannot wait for the faux rebellion to implode.
