To celebrate the release of AFI’s new album DECEMBERUNDERGROUND, etnies and AFI have teamed up to give you a chance to win tons of free stuff…and we don’t even expect you to do much!

etnies has four limited edition CDs signed by the band, some free etnies shoes and a tee for the lucky winner! Two runner ups will get some free shoes! All you have to do is fill out this form and fate will do the rest. Good luck!
