Make sure to catch the etnies Girl booth this weekend, Oct. 22-23, at the second annual etnies GvR (Goofy Vs. Regular) of Skateboarding taking place at the etnies Skatepark of Lake Forest! The booth will be part of the GvR Street Festival, which will be open from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. each day.
Booth activities will include raffles of etnies Girl gear every two hours, a professional DJ teaching girls how to scratch, spin and mix records, and a D.I.Y. T-shirt design station where girls can customize free etnies Girl tees using stencils and spray paint. We’ll also be taking Polaroid photos so girls can get pictures with their friends.
While you’re checking out the etnies Girl booth, make sure to also drop by the B4BC booth. October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so we’re getting the word out about breast cancer and we’ve committed to donating one dollar of every etnies Girl shoe sold through our Online Store to B4BC for the entire year.
The GvR Weekend running from Friday, Oct. 21, through Sunday, Oct. 23, will also include a Pool Contest for Pros, Masters and Women on Friday; the Push, the etnies Girl Jam all-girls street skate contest on Saturday; Goofy Vs. Regular; the SPACEJUNK Art Show presented by etnies; live music by an amazing lineup of artists, including Bucket of Weenies, Pretty Girls Make Graves, Letter Kills, The Skulls and DJ Peyote Cody; and more!
Visit the GvR website for more information about the weekend, parking and directions to the etnies Skatepark of Lake Forest.
