Lauren Perkins just started school on Tuesday. A couple of weeks ago, she spent a week at Woodward Skate Camp in Pennsylvania—it was sort of a last hurrah before school started. She had an amazing time, skating everyday and hanging out with all the campers who were there for the week. Now she has a very busy fall ahead of her: On September 16, she will head out to Cleveland for the Gravity Games; the following weekend, the Triple Crown Finals will be in her hometown of Huntington Beach, Calif.; and in the first weekend of October she will head to Barcelona, Spain, for Girlie Skate Camp. We think she's going to love Spain...it's so beautiful!

Elissa Steamer has been in San Francisco since the X Games ended in August, enjoying the last bit of decent S.F. weather before winter comes bringing lots of wind and rain. Elissa, like Lauren, has a busy schedule coming up; she will also be at the Gravity Games, Triple Crown Finals and Girlie Skate Camp in Barcelona. She plans to stay in Barcelona for a little while afterwards to skate and to enjoy everything the city has to offer before heading back to San Francisco.
