Moto-X Team Report 07-13-04

Brian Deegan and Twitch are practicing for the Summer X Games at the compound.

There was no National last weekend. Most riders are finalizing deals for next year. Along with Tim Ferry, Chad Reed is staying at Yamaha for the 2005 season. Grant Langston is leaving KTM and has decided to sit out the rest of the 2004 National Series due to a wrist injury that is not healing.

Roger Lee Hayden won his second Supersport race at Mazda Raceway in Monterey this weekend. Tommy Hayden finished 3rd and is in the points lead for the championship with Roger Lee in 2nd.

Jake Zemke finished 7th in the Superbike race and is in 3rd in the points race with three races left. Jake finished 3rd in the formula Xtreme race and is 2nd in points in that series, seventeen points out of 1st.

Tommy Hayden won the Superstock race, with Roger Lee coming in 2nd. Tommy is five points out of the points lead in the series.

AMA has announced the 2005 Supercross schedule. The dates for the two world races to start the season have not been released yet.
