Summer Camp Slush Fun

Jul 9 2003 / Wednesday

Dionne Delesalle
recently returned from a week of Summer shredding in Mt. Hood, Oregon. He'll be hanging out in Vancouver and heading to Whistler occasionally to ride the facilities at the Camp of Champions.

Markku Koski
will be coming back to the States to ride Mt. Hood and shoot photos with Chris Owen later this week. He'll be here for a few weeks until he figures out what his plans are for the rest of the Summer. He may even head back to Europe for the tail end of Summer and then back to California for the Snow premieres scheduled to be released sometime during ASR San Diego.

Nicolas Droz
is getting back to his routine. He's been skating a ton and attending some of the Summer camps in France and the Swiss Alps. His knee is feeling a lot better and his mental attitude has never been so enthusiastic about the new season.

Matt Hammer
recently got back from the Dragon Air Force Tour in Europe. He attended a Summer camp in Norway for a week and did a little promo guest appearance at a couple of shops in the surrounding area. Matt is back in Mammoth--probably jet lagging at the moment.

John Jackson
also just got back from Cabo. He spent the month of June soaking up the rays and surfing everyday. He's back in Crowley Lake now, getting ready to head up to Whistler with the ThirtyTwo R&D crew to test out some new prototypes.

Tyler Lepore
has been keeping busy with his artwork and snow shredding. He's in Whistler at the moment working on graphics for his board sponsor, Capita, and occasionally heading up to the glacier in Blackcomb. He'll be helping the R&D crew next week during the testing trip scheduled for July 12-16 at Blackcomb, Canada.

Joni Makinen
is back on his feet and shredding some Summer slush, attending a Summer camp in the Swiss Alps at the moment. He'll be there for a couple of weeks to test out some new product, as well as getting used to snowboarding again.

Janna Meyen
will be guest coaching at High Cascade snowboard camp in Mt. Hood for the next few weeks. She's been pumped on snowboarding and trying to get as much work done, as well. She'll be bouncing back and forth from the camp to her house for the next couple of weeks.

Chad Otterstrom
is also a guest coach at High Cascade for the rest of the summer. He's been there for the last couple of weeks and loving every moment. He'll probably head back to Colorado later this month for a few days to get back to his life there and then maybe head to sunny Southern California to soak up some rays just before next season kicks in.

Robert Rodger
is also a guest coach at Camp of Champions in Blackcomb, Canada for the last week. She'll be there for another couple of weeks to help out with the ThirtyTwo R&D testing trip and then head to Oregon to be a guest coach at High Cascade.

Kevin Sansalone
is keeping busy editing his film, as well as attending physical therapy. He's getting better every day and keeping his mind clear so he can get ready for another successful premiere with his film project. Look out for details on his new movie, The Movie Video. Check out seymourekids.com

Wille Yli-Luoma
brought his family out to the States. They're hanging-out in Oregon at the moment, visiting the Summer camps and checking out some of the sites around the Northwest. They'll be there for the rest of this week and then plan on heading down to Southern California to enjoy the Summer heat.
