Moto-X Team Activities

Jul 9 2003 / Wednesday

Clifford Adoptante
had surgery last week in Spain on a broken left femur he suffered in a contest. The doctors had to fly a special rod in from the States to screw him together. Clifford is now home starting the recovery process, which will be a long one. This also means Clifford will be missing out on the X-Games this Summer in LA.

Fluffer
is doing the X-Games Experience at Disneylands California Adventure Park, which is a freestyle moto-x demo three times a day, seven days a week. Fluffer will be taking a couple days off to go back East for the X-Games qualifier.

Jake Zemke, Roger Lee Hayden, Tommy Hayden, Alex Gobert
and Steve Rap will be at Laguna Seca this weekend racing street bikes. IҒm(team manager) going out to check it out and get some pictures.

The Alessi
family was at it again up in Kernville, California this weekend. Mike won all three classes he entered.

Brian Deegan
was out in Las Vegas over the 4th of July weekend doing a jump demo for a group of Marines and Air Force soldiers just back from Iraq. More info coming soon.

Chad Reed
got a 3rd overall this weekend at Red Bud. Chad is 3rd in the points race, only eleven back from Windham for 2nd.

Timmy Ferry
finished 8th overall with an 8-6 and is in 4th place in the series.

Larry Ward
rode well and finished 6th overall on the weekend.
