Dionne Delesalle, Matt Hammer, John Jackson, Chad Otterstrom, Benji Ritchie and Gabe Taylor were all representing at Snowboarder's Super Park in Breckenridge, Colorado this past weekend. Updates from the riders have been super-positive with lots of action, filming and shooting through out the weekend.
Markku Koski has been in Europe for the past couple of weeks attending the Arctic Challenge, among other photo shoots all across Europe. He'll be planning on coming back out to the States if the conditions in Europe don't keep up.
Nicolas Droz spent the last couple of weeks filming and shooting photos with the Utah clan. He's been dedicating his talents to the Kingpin crew all season long. It's good to see Nico slaying it since his knee surgery.
Matt Hammer recently purchased a new home in Mammoth Lakes, California. Fortunately for Matt, the escrow went through and he'll be moving in his stuff by this week. Congratulations, Matt. When's the house warming?
John Jackson spent the last couple of weeks in Alaska with the Standard Film crew helli-ing to get some different shots for his part in their new movie. John's experience riding the most extreme conditions has given him a new outlook and respect for free riding. He was a little nervous at first, but now that he's gotten a taste, he's hooked and even more stoked on snowboarding.
Tyler Lepore just keeps on running like the Energizer Bunny. He'll be shooting and filming for the next couple of weeks between Colorado, Tahoe and Whistler.
Joni Makinen is powering his way through physical therapy. He's been doing really well and staying healthy. He'll be shredding later this summer, catching the tail end of the summer camps.
Chad Otterstrom has been filming for Video Gangs. He'll be heading out to Tahoe this week to film some more and then maybe head up to Canada the following week.
Janna Meyen has been taking it easy since she wrecked herself not too long ago. Not to worry though, she's just taking a little breather. She'll be shredding in no time.
Kevin Sansalone recently won the Jib Zone during the Rip Zone contest last week in Whistler. He's been powering away getting a ton of footage for his new movie. He'll be returning from Colorado later this week with some more footage.
Wille Yli-Luoma went back to Europe to hang with his daughter for a week and also to take a little time off from filming. He'll be hitting it hard again later this week.
Many of our riders are getting down to the last bit of what the season has to offer. Some are stressing due to the lack of footage while others are preparing for a little summer break from the snow. Keep checking back for more team updates....
