Matt Hammer, John Jackson, Markku Koski and B team rider Benji Ritchie are focusing all their energy with Standard Films. Filming has been very positive with these guys. Reports from Mike Hatchet have been amazing. He says most of these guys have more than a couple of minutes of grade A footage to blow everyone out of their seats once the movie debuts.
Dionne Delesalle just got back from a short photo shoot with Sessions, his clothing sponsor. They spent all last week in Utah, where the conditions weren't so great, but they hit-up the park every day anyway, slaying the jumps and jibs. Dionne will be focusing on filming with Kingpin productions this year, as well as the Wild Cats Diary. Be sure to look for information regarding premiere dates later this fall.
Markku Koski has been filming non-stop with the Hatchets for the last few weeks. He'll be in Tahoe until he heads off to The Artic Challenge the week of April 7-12. Check out the link for more information: the-arctic-challenge.com
Nicolas Droz has been hitting it hard out in Utah, filming with the Kingpin crew. He'll be in the States for the next couple of weeks focusing on filming and shooting photos.
Tyler Lepore is back in Whistler after being on the road for the last couple of weeks, shooting for an Interior BC story with Mark Gallop, senior staff photographer for TransWorld Snowboarding. Tyler will be riding everyday getting more work done in Whistler for the next couple of weeks.
Joni Makinen started his physical therapy last week. He reported that he's feeling better every day.
Janna Meyen went out to Utah for a week to shoot photos, as well as humiliate some guys on a few obstacles in the park. She'll be heading to Mammoth later this week to ride the park and attend the clinic video shoot with ThirtyTwo from April 15-17.
Chad Otterstrom just got back from a short story / photo shoot with a few photographers covering some hidden terrain in Colorado. He says his ribs are still bothering him, but he's trying his best to keep going.
Kevin Sansalone has been going out to sled land to film and shoot for his movie, The Movie Video.
Wille Yli-Luoma is in Utah right now filming with the Robot Food crew. He'll be taking off later this week to attend the Artic Challenge.
