Twitch Doing Shows In Hawaii

Feb 27 2003 / Thursday

Chad Reed finished 6th this last weekend at Minneapolis. He was by far the fastest rider on the track, and blew by Carmichael for the lead. Chad was pulling away, crashed, and got back into it, but crashed again. Hes still 2nd place in points. Chad has moved to his house in Florida for the rest of the season and will come back to his home in Menifee, California after the Utah Supercross.

Tim Ferry finished on the podium again with a 3rd place. He had a DNF (did not finish) due to a crash and lost some points at Anaheim 3. FerryҒs in 5th place in points.

Twitch is on his way to Hawaii to set up a deal that will have him over on the island two times a month doing shows. Ill(Matt Chapman- Team Mgr) have to go with him a couple times for safety reasons.

Deegan is starting to ride again after his shoulder injury a couple months ago. Clifford Adoptante also got some time in at Deegan's.

Trigger Gumm broke a couple toes last week and is addition to dealing with some very serious cancer in his family.

Dayne Kinnaird tore his Achilles tendon last week and will be on the couch for a while. He got a 3rd place at the Winter X Games in Aspen three weeks ago.

Ox, Bean, Crap and a couple other San Clemente groms came out to Ocotillo Wells to shoot photos last weekend. All of the kids have been signing deals with all the top companies in the industry, and it's probably safe to say that they will be around for quite a while to come.

Mike Alessi was perfect once again at the third round of the Golden State Series winning four classes and eight motos.

Grant Langston moved back to the 125cc class last weekend to go for the East Coast 125 Championship. Grant was hauling ass, won his qualifier and was running good in the main until he was taken out. Atlanta is the next location for Supercross this weekend.
