For most of us, September looms as the month that begins another dreary school year and the end of summer. Thanks to the first annual Home Invasion Tour, all that has changed. This year there’s one last hurrah: a tour that’s reminiscent of days spent skating the backyard parties with friends and listening to some real music (instead of waiting in line to pay $8.00 for a bottle of water while listening to the latest flavor of the week).
Kicking off on September 13th, Home Invasion is about keeping things simple: support the music and skate scene by working with local venues and skateparks and bring it back to the basics.
The tour will feature Epitaph Recording artist Deviates and Indecision Recording artist Mike V and the Rats (featuring Mike Vallely). Also performing is San Diego's Heavy Trevy and the Not So Fat Kids. Be on the lookout for special surprise appearances from Mike Vallely at your local skateparks and shops…..for more info on this, go to www.mikevallely.com
Southern California dates will include BYO Recording Artist Sixer. Local acts will play each date and are listed on the Home Invasion Tour official website. For more information check out: homeinvasiontour.com.
