Etnies Skate Footwear, Fiveboro Skateboards and Drop In Skate Park have chipped in for a Best Trick contest with a $1000 first prize to be held on December 15, 2002 at Drop In Skate Park. The contest was the brainchild of Steve Rodriguez (owner / skateboarder of Fiveboro) and Craig Metzger (Etnies East Coast marketing / team development). The two have been planning to hold a series of small underground contests on the East Coast with cash prizes. This will be the first in a series of similar best trick contests (to be announced later).

Warm-ups: 2:00 pm
Contest: 3:00 pm

$25 to enter, $15 to skate, $5 to watch
